By registering for any program, using our website, or participating in any activities organized by Fast Futbol LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Registration and Eligibility

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Authority: If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have the legal authority to bind them to these terms.

2. Participation Waiver & Liability Release

Soccer is a physical sport with inherent risks. By participating, you agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in soccer involves risks of serious injury, including permanent disability or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Fast Futbol LLC, its coaches, employees, and facility partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of any injury or loss sustained during our programs.

Medical Fitness: You certify that the participant is physically fit to compete in strenuous athletic activity.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior or after the program unless a payment plan has been formally approved.

Refund Policy: * Cancellations made [e.g., 14 days] prior to start date: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.

Cancellations made after the program begins: No refunds or pro-rated credits, except in the case of documented medical injury.

Inclement Weather: Fast Futbol LLC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unsafe field conditions or weather. We will attempt to schedule make-up dates but do not guarantee refunds for weather-related cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a "Zero Tolerance" policy for the following:

Physical or Verbal Abuse: Toward coaches, referees, players, or parents.

Equipment Damage: Participants/parents are responsible for any intentional damage to facilities or equipment.

Expulsion: Fast Futbol LLC reserves the right to remove any participant or spectator from our programs without a refund if they violate this Code of Conduct.

5. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency and if the emergency contact cannot be reached, you hereby grant permission to Fast Futbol LLC staff to authorize necessary medical treatment for the participant. You agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, training curriculums, and promotional materials, is the property of Fast Futbol LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Escambia County.

8. Modifications

Fast Futbol LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Font
